Had a property viewing with Callum who was brilliant and answered all our questions with great responses, made us feel very confident in our decisions with the letting agency. We was all moved in from viewing to picking up the keys in just over a week which is an exciting turn around as we didn’t expect it to be so fast. There’s a great line of communication with the staff who are always happy to answer questions and have a rapid response on any queries/issues raised. We noticed 1 light switch in the property was faulty and they had someone out and fixing it within 2 days.
